Senior Tax Accountant or Tax Manager

This role is in a Twin Cities, Minnesota-based CPA firm specializing in working with privately held businesses. As the Sr. Tax Accountant or Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the tax department. This role will be responsible for driving efficiency, compliance, quality, customer satisfaction, and timelines. This role is for permanent placement in a hybrid work environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Preferred: MBT (Masters in Business Taxation)
• Minimum 4+ years experience in taxation
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Experience with General Ledger accounting tools and principals
