Senior Property Accountant

Here at Oggi, we have partnered with a locally headquartered Development & Investment company in search of a Senior Property Accountant to join their team of professionals. This is an opportunity to join a company positioned for growth where learning & development opportunities are offered within the accounting department within various verticals of the business.

The role of the Senior Property Accountant is to ensure the financial success of company operating properties, development properties, and corporate entities.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of financial packages for a portfolio of entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Monthly preparation of journal entries, GL reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and credit card processes
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to prepare financial packages and distribute results
• Assist with quarterly investor reports & distributions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Accounting experience, property management experience a plus
• Degree in Accounting or related field, highly preferred
• Experience within Yardi highly preferred
