Senior Financial Analyst

This role is for a well-known Minnesota-based company on the east side of the Twin Cities. Our client is looking for someone great to grow within the company. This role has a quick trajectory to management level.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Contribute to the execution of the business strategy, track financial targets, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and deliver timely, accurate, and consistent management reporting and identifies insights that improve performance
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners to thoroughly understand business performance
• Creates models and tools that help identify or explain underlying business drivers
• Lead preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and business forecasts
• Identifies and implements end-to-end process simplification, standardization, and improvement for management reporting and decision support processes

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
• Advanced degree preferred
