Senior Accountant

This role is for a growing Minnesota-based company in the eastern suburbs of the Twin Cities. Our client is looking for a month-end pro to join a collaborative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries
• Prepare and/or review monthly account reconciliations
• Consolidate company operating information for internal and external financial reporting
• Work with internal and external auditors and provide the necessary support
• Prepare analytical schedules, analyze variances, and provide support for internal requests
• Actively identify, lead, manage, and complete process improvement projects
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• BA in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with large ERP
• Proficient in MS Office products with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• CPA or CMA is a plus
