401(k) Retirement Plan
Consultants are eligible to participate in Oggi's 401(k) plan after completing one year of employment in which at least 1,000 hours were worked.
Employer Dollars
Short-term employees may be eligible to receive additional income ("Oggi Bucks") to help offset the cost of health insurance. This benefit becomes available on the first of the month after eligibility requirements have been met.
Note: This compensation is considered additional income and is taxable to you.
Paid Holidays
Short-term employees who have met eligibility requirements will be paid for holidays.
