Senior Recuiter
If you’re passionate about people and driven to results we should talk! Oggi Professional Services is growing our team and looking for a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to support our Consulting Services & Direct Hire divisions.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for recruitment activities including profiling, targeting, identifying, and meeting with qualified accounting and finance professionals.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Faithfully recruit and nurture relationships with finance professionals
- Work seamlessly with our business development team attracting top talent
- Screen all candidates for qualifications and position requirements
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews for candidates to ensure qualifications meet identified specifications and determine the shortlist of qualified candidates
- Employ consultative recruiting techniques to identify top talent
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for present and future job opportunities
- Faithfully adheres to the company’s core processes and operation system with consistency
- Perform other special projects as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a business emphasis (Accounting and Finance, preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting/finance experience with the GRIT to move through adversity with strategic solutions
- Possess a high level of ACCOUNTABILITY, accepting responsibility and taking ownership
- Possess a GROWTH MINDSET to challenge the status quo through continuous improvement where success is dependent on our time, effort, and energy
- Ability to prioritize effectively, with multiple and changing tasks
- Proficient use of MS Office Tools and ATS experience
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within a team environment
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
