Why this role is exciting:

The Client Partner role is responsible for driving short-term and long-term revenue. Results are achieved by profiling, targeting, identifying, and meeting with qualified clients to gather Consulting, Direct Hire, and Executive Search opportunities.  In addition, this position is responsible for managing client relationship to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and maximize return on investment.

The best candidates will have a strong understanding of consultative selling, securing new business, and a track record of managing Key Accounts. You will have an opportunity to engage diverse client types, ranging in size from mid-market to enterprise level Finance & Accounting Teams and leaders of respective groups.

What you will be doing:

  • Engage industry hiring managers
  • Increase your client base by completing calls, networking, and discovery conversations
  • Provide long-term value-add staffing services
  • Develop detailed profiles of client organizations and various departmental units
  • Translate client needs into mutual business opportunities
  • Establish appropriate networking relationships
  • Enhance sales referral opportunities
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of business environment within surrounding area
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding various sales objectives to grow revenue
  • Follow-up with clients for feedback regarding active engagements
  • Ensure Oggi Professional Services is providing top-tier service
  • Establish and maintain role of Solution Provider to new and existing clients
  • Maintain client profile information, proposals, correspondance, etc.
  • Educate clients on trends within the industry
  • Secure detailed job orders
  • Prospect through involvement in community and civic organizations
  • Communicate client needs and expectations to Delivery Team
  • Utilize activity reports and adjust strategies
  • Ensure expectations are met/exceeded
  • Monitor competitive activity and coordinate with manager to develop marketing strategies
  • Increase market share
  • Interact daily with Delivery Team and coordinate meetings with Clients and Talent, accordingly

Does this sound like you?

  • 5+ years of experience in business development / account management / sales or related experience
  • Consultative salesperson with a passion and willingness to help prospects and clients find solutions
  • Possess a level of GRIT to overcome adversity with strategic solutions
  • Focus on getting to defined RESULTS with the best intentions
  • Demonstrated ability and GROWTH MINDSET to develop and execute against a business plan
  • Proficient use of MS Office Tools and CRM/ATS experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with C-Level executives with an ability to “read the room”
  • Finance and Accounting experience preferred
