Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, including schematics, layouts, and component selection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
• Perform detailed analysis and simulation of electrical circuits using industry-standard software tools.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into design processes.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Proven experience in new product development, R&D, sustaining, or another relevant field.
• Experience working with designs including Capacitive touch, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Z-Wave, or Thread.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, and USB.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex electrical projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
